Jennifer Beals
Nude

Beautiful Jennifer Beals, a model-cum-actress, burst onto the cinema landscape as a welder-cum-dancer in Flashdance (1983). Who knew she could dance? Well, she couldn’t, which is why a body double was used–at least for the more advanced dance moves. What do you do for a follow-up film when the whole world’s waiting for another dance film? Well, you play the bride of a man with two left feet, of course. Jennifer was the unlucky gal betrothed to the monster in the remake of The Bride of Frankenstein titled The Bride (1985). The movie teamed Jennifer with rock singer Sting, and Jennifer wouldn’t need a body double for her wedding night, although she did use a stunt nude for the movie. One of the hardest-working actresses around, Jennifer spent the ’90s turning up in all sorts of odd places, such as direct-to-video quickies such as Terror Stalks the Class Reunion (1992) and indie successes such as In the Soup (1992) and Roger Dodger (2002). Perpetually reinventing her persona the way she once shredded sweatshirt sleeves, Jennifer added the boldest move yet to her repertoire on the Showtime series The L Word. Playing the biracial lesbian lover of luscious Laurel Holloman, Jennifer threw herself into their mound-on-mound mountings with erotic abandon and more heat than her famous Flashdance welder’s torch ever sparked up. Now Jennifer continues to make ’em sweat packing heat as the sexy-tough top cop Superintendent Colvin on The Chicago Code. Since she’s yet to flash complete flesh onscreen, let’s invoke the immortal and never-more-appropriate words of Ms. Irene Cara: “Take your passion and make it happen!”
